BizFed CEQA Committee Meeting

In our sophomore year, this committee will continue to investigate and advocate for changes to one of the most important regulations that affects the State’s economy in CEQA.

Jennifer Hernandez, Holland & Knight and Larry Kosmont, Kosmont Companies will lead our CEQA Committee by tackling these changes to the regulation and identify opportunities to streamline the process and remove CEQA abuse.
